They are in business to try and gouge their customers for whatever they can get over sticker on their vehicles. Really horrible trying to buy a car from a greedy dealer. I would recommend you buy from a hon whatever they can get over sticker on their vehicles. Really horrible trying to buy a car from a greedy dealer. Worst dealership went hoping to purchase a new car and the manager tried to tell me i couldn't use my lease to towards a new purchase which is a lie. Staff is rude and have a no care attitude. I even made the manager tried to tell me i couldn't use my lease to towards a new purchase which is a lie. Staff is rude and have a no care attitude. I even made to sure to let them know at the time my appointment was made that I would turning in my lease and using it towards a new car. The sales guy they gave me didn't even know the showroom or cars it was like he just started working there. More

Worst Nissan dealership in New Jersey. And I am going to go above and beyond to try to reach as many people as I can to warn about the service in this place. How can you explain to someone that there is so go above and beyond to try to reach as many people as I can to warn about the service in this place. How can you explain to someone that there is something wrong with your car, and then they lie straight to your face about the work that was so called "done" to your car. Two 3 hour+ visits and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done to our car, how can you justify that? How can you preach customer service and do something like that? Never returning there, not even for an oil change. Truly disappointed More

Go Elsewhere and save yourself a headache If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this Nissan on 7/1/2019 in hopes of getting an oil change and a tire rotation. I have had issues with this Nissan in the past but it is the closest to my home, so I figured new management, let me give it a shot. After waiting for my services to be completed, I was charged full price for both the oil change and tire rotation. Because I have had issues with this place in the past, I labeled my tires 1-4 to make sure they were rotated. I went to check and no surprise they had not been rotated. Oil change was done this time but the tires were not rotated and I was charged full price for it. I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care that this was the SECOND time my tires were not rotated but I was charged for the service. Will never return to this Nissan and people save yourself the headache, visit another Nissan dealership. More

Worth the trip! I have a 2008 Nissan with 196,000 miles and the transmission was giving me issues, so it was time for a new car. I knew I wanted another Nissan, as th I have a 2008 Nissan with 196,000 miles and the transmission was giving me issues, so it was time for a new car. I knew I wanted another Nissan, as the one prior to this was a 2005 with 199,00 miles and was in an accident and totaled. I drive 136 a day round trip to work and home. She gave me no real issues at all. So I shopped around dreading to deal with buying another car and all the slimy dealers. I saw a car on North Plainfield Nissan’s website and gave them a call for details. I spoke to Andrew the used car manager, then Sam the general manager. They told me all the details over phone and set me up an appointment to come see the car. When I got to the dealership I dealt with a gentleman named Manjit, he was so friendly, patient and knowledgeable, I didn’t feel any pressure at all from him, I highly recommend dealing with him! My last two cars were SL models, which means fully loaded with leather, sunroof, navigation everything. The Model I was looking at was a step down the SV. I took it for test drive, the seats are so comfortable, great pick up, and still had all the bells and whistle‘s without the leather, navigation or sunroof. It just came off a lease so it only had 29,000 miles and was certified. I made my decision and bought it! The process took about two hours, so we told them we would be back and went to grab lunch at Aroggas down the street. It was painless, Sam, Andrew and Manjit made it such a great experience, everybody was friendly from the minute I walked through the door. I would highly recommend North Plainfield Nissan for your next Nissan or use car vehicle. It was definitely worth the trip! More

And as management goes they are great and they won't play games with you like other dealerships are Don't ever try to go to the one in Edison the worst dealership. And Frank from the financial department is great. So I'm happy because I'm leaving now with my new nissan rogue. Dont hesitate to come to NORTH PLAINFIELD NISSAN. More

One of worst experience - Insulting Remarks The overall experience of the dealership can be summarized in the way the General Manager behaves with you. And if the dealership does not like the price I over they have the absolute right to say no. But they have no right to pass an insulting and derogatory remark. Sam who is the manager should realize that his remarks reflect very bad on the dealership. After he passed the insulting remark, me and my colleague went straight to Bridgewater Nissan and got a better deal in more friendly place. North Plainfield Nissan seems to be going down in customer service big time and that is reflected in there rating and sales as well. While they were all sitting and wasting time and passing comments on customers, other dealerships are selling Cars. I think they are enjoying there no work time under the able leadership of Sam. Will never go there and also make sure none of my colleagues and friends buy from them. More
