I am a four time purchaser from Edmond Hyundai so that should speak for itself! The environment at Edmond Hyundai/Genesis is above average, you feel it the minute you walk in. Employees are working toge should speak for itself! The environment at Edmond Hyundai/Genesis is above average, you feel it the minute you walk in. Employees are working together, picking up where another left off without hesitation. If there are ANY issues during your time there, the amount of people there to assist is fantastic! The knowledge that each person has about any product on their lot is reassuring - they answer all your questions. The process of negotiating a price is not the nightmare you hear about at other car dealers, it's fair and reasonable. The finance department is low pressure and explains in quick detail what you're signing and what the next steps are. They too are very knowledgeable. When it's time to hand off your new car, your salesperson is waiting to assist you with the key features in your car. Everyone at Edmond Hyundai/Genesis is there to make this a stress free experience and they have always given their best! More
