Our Salesman, Sam was honest, to the point and very knowledgeable of the product. Worked with us on what we wanted and needed. At delivery he went through everything on the car. We couldn’t remember al knowledgeable of the product. Worked with us on what we wanted and needed. At delivery he went through everything on the car. My experience with White Bear Acura Subaru was great. Social distancing protocols were maintained. Sam was helpful, but very low-pressure. We actually test drove the vehicle, left, and came back. The Social distancing protocols were maintained. Sam was helpful, but very low-pressure. We actually test drove the vehicle, left, and came back. There was a long-ish wait to do the paperwork, but it was a busy end of the month Saturday. Once we were in the office to do paperwork, everything was prepared and the process was very quick. I would not hesitate to do business with White Bear Acura Subaru again. More
