I knew this was not going to be a typical purchase. I was 1300 miles away, and looking to purchase a hard to find vehicle. From the minute I reached out to the dealership to working closely with Steve I was 1300 miles away, and looking to purchase a hard to find vehicle. From the minute I reached out to the dealership to working closely with Steve, I could not have been more impressed by their professionalism and willingness to accommodate me on the non-typical sale of a USED car, nonetheless. Either Steve or Tom (GM) were in contact with me on a daily basis as I was waiting the results of a pre-purchase inspection by a third party, arranging my financing and making flight arrangements to pick up the car. As a small business owner that strives to consistently provide an uncommon level of customer service, it was refreshing to work with a dealership that shares this same belief. The team at Acura Columbus gets how customer service should look and feel. They take ownership of it, and it shows. Thanks again for the amazing experience! More

The dealership location is prime. Great access to it. Cars presented on the lot and inside. For the most part polite and friendly sales associates, management. I worked with Gonzales on one visit, with Sam McHale on another visit. Got back and spoke with Gonzales again and told him I haven't gotten any follow up calls from him. Anyways, I'd like to look at the Acura 2021. Test drove it on a Friday evening. Saturday morning I called to place a hold deposit on the car to hold it. When I came back sure enough sales rep or another person let the car be used by another person an had 30 plus miles on it. Mr. Cole and I spoke about this incident and Mr. Cole was able to resolve the issue, where Gonzales tried to suggest that I misunderstood the entire issue. I do not mean any harm to anyone ever, but I strongly believe Gonzales has to follow common sense and do what he says he would. A good opportunity for improvement. The best sales person was Mr. Sam McHale, very polite and professional sales representative, courteous and knowledgeable. He well deserved 10 stars. Mr. Adam Hannah really did a fantastic job processing all documentation for me and got me on the road in no-time! Car itself is amazing, great deal! Love every minute driving it! More

I started my car purchase research last November test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep m test-driving several models at Acura Columbus and ended up putting a deposit on a 2022 TLX with them. The staff worked together to seamlessly keep me updated weekly on my car's build status and delivery timeline. I interacted with at least 5 different people and ALL of them were great to work with. My car was built and delivered in March. Sam McHale handled the final process/paperwork/delivery and did an incredible job. We're very happy with the experience and are loving the car! Considering the stories we've read about car purchases during the current supply-chain situation, we were worried about the process - but Acura Columbus did a great job. Thank you! More

Finance Department was quick to respond to emails that allowed me to share what I was looking for. When I had to cancel my appointment due to being out of town, staff worked with me to reschedule and have allowed me to share what I was looking for.
