I am a Service Consultant for Advantage Chevrolet of Bolingbrook. I decided I wanted to work in the auto industry when I was in high school, A.A. Stagg High School. I am from Hickory Hills but now live in Plainfield and attended Moraine Valley Community College. I have been in the auto industry for twenty three years and eleven years with Advantage. I have received Service Consultant Top Honors from 2010-2019 and completed the Volkswagen Fast Track Technician Training Program in 1999. I have just recently received the General Motors Mark of Excellence Achievement for Certified Top Performer for outstanding product knowledge and customer service. I am also a 2019 Certified Technology Expert Service and a 2010-2019 Certified Service Consultant.

I'm always able to get an appointment and never have to wait days for an opening. The employee's are always friendly and the mechanic sends you videos of the work they are doing and lets.you know what you wait days for an opening. Very polite, honest, and trustworthy. I came in with a rattle during idle and acceleration, thought it was coming from the cat. She had her techs test drive the truck a few times to ensur I came in with a rattle during idle and acceleration, thought it was coming from the cat. She had her techs test drive the truck a few times to ensure they could replicate the issue and through this effort determined it was actually an issue with a failed valve located in the muffler.
