He went above and beyond, to make sure our experience was a positive one. John resolved several mishaps that were no fault of his own, to ensure our satisfaction. Very few salesman are able or willing to make things right, even though they were not to fault. Overall this dealership is worth visiting. But there were a few snags along the way. John was faced with a few challenges, but was able to turn our purchase process into a positive one. He is the best salesman I've encountered.
