When a potential customer asks for a specific salesperson and they mispronounce the salesman’s name the polite thing to do is politely correct them, not mock them by paging that salesman over the loud speake and they mispronounce the salesman’s name the polite thing to do is politely correct them, not mock them by paging that salesman over the loud speaker and mispronounce the name when doing so. Sammy did this to my husband and me and after meeting Chris Powe and asking him how to pronounce his last name we realized Sammy was making fun of us. Completely unprofessional! I’d give Sammy negative stars if that were an option. More
