I love my new Forester Sport and trust the Subaru quality for performance and longevity, which brings me to the reason I gave overall star of average. Both Jaine and Bryan, managers in financing, failed my confidence for two reasons. 1. My $ 1000 deposit paid 2 months prior, was “forgotten” on calculating my final purchase price. 2. I got a real snub by both managers mentioned because I didn’t buy any of the warranty packages! I have no hard feelings for the errors and will recommend SUBARU OF LAS VEGAS to everyone. Every part of the experience was out in the open and super easy! There's room for negotiation, but all the cards are on the table, no "oops, I forgot about this..." after the handshake. Every member of the team works to make sure you are fully informed of the process, and that you have an experience to brag about. These folks, every last one of them, helped to rinse a decades-old sour taste out of my mouth about buying a new car, and made me proud to be a member of the Findlay Family! More
