Service department will change scheduled appointments at their leisure. I had a service appointment for 8:00am on 11/2. I dropped the vehicle off early at 7:30am. I returned to the service department at 3: their leisure. I had a service appointment for 8:00am on 11/2. I dropped the vehicle off early at 7:30am. I returned to the service department at 3:45pm and was informed that my vehicle still had not been serviced. Someone in the service department decided to change my appointment time to 3:00pm, but I still had proof via email that the appointment was scheduled for 8:00am. Instead of accepting that they screwed he stated that the appointment time is the time to meet with the service provider, which is a BIG LIE, because every time I previously had my vehicle service it was service in a timely manner. You have lost a customer, I will have my vehicle service at another dealership that will not change appointments just because they want to and do not inform the customer of their actions. Substandard service and lack of professionalism. More
