This was my first time buying a car without a parent or knowing the salesperson. It was like Joe and Sandy were my family and they made sure I got what I wanted and at the best price. Was probably the mos knowing the salesperson. It was like Joe and Sandy were my family and they made sure I got what I wanted and at the best price. Was probably the most comfortable experience to buying a car I could ask for. Joe was always responsive even on his days off. Another great experience at Hyundai Cool Springs! We found the exact vehicle we wanted online. It was due to be transferred to another dealership that day, but Kim, Sandy, & the management staff we We found the exact vehicle we wanted online. It was due to be transferred to another dealership that day, but Kim, Sandy, & the management staff were able to hold it for us to look at that evening. Kim already had the paperwork printed up (we did the finance app online). He was helpful in explaining the features on the Santa Fe & got us in & out as quickly as possible - exactly what we wanted!
