My experience started out great , took a turn for the worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. The vehicle I purchased has ongoing problems and that’s frustrating (especially for The price) but I worst, and had to be saved by a sales manager. It’s easy to forget that these are big (sometimes once in a lifetime) purchasers for the customer. My hope is that my experience will be case study for how not to sell a car. More

Johnny and Corey were awesome. They did everything they could in their power to ensure that I had a great experience. Unfortunately due to some mechanical errors this was not the case. I had been saving a long time for my dream truck. When I finally got it the drive home was a nightmare. The check engine light came on after 20 miles and by the time I got it back to NW, the engine appeared to be smoking. Needless to say, this wS not the experience I was hoping to have. More

Sansom was argumentative and confrontational. I had to ask him to calm down more than once.Minimal customer service from him. Vehicle prep/cleaning could have been better. It basically felt like I had to ask him to calm down more than once.Minimal customer service from him. Vehicle prep/cleaning could have been better. It basically felt like " buy this car and don't ask questions" I believe I drove 3.5 hours to the dealership. I asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle I was interested in and was told no. Upon arrival noticed the tailpipe was folded in and almost touching the tire. This is what seems to set Sansom off. I got the new vehicle for a fair price and am happy with it but it was the worst car buying experience I have had to date. There was an "error"(?) on my finance paper work that had a extended warranty added to my cost when I had declined all additional warranties offered. Rob said " the guys up front must've done that". I was handed a temp registration and sent out the door. I had to go back in before I left and ask for copies of all my paperwork. More
