I will never take my truck there again. Totally missed the mark with servicing my truck. After many months and wasted hours of me taking it in they finally tell my rear brakes are making the noise I was complaining about and that I had 2mm left. They needed to order me parts I will get a call when the parts come in. That was two weeks ago. More
I scheduled my oil change and other work online but got there and was told I wasn't on the schedule. My service representative wasn't very friendly and told me I could only get my oil changed. I had to wait almost 3 1/2 hours for just an oil change. I was supposed to also have the 26 point inspection and I'm not sure they did any of that. After 10 years of coming here, I'm not sure I will continue. Lynn was the BEST REP EVER! I'm so sorry she is gone. More
They are the worst. I got my engine replaced from them and had a warrenty for 100,000 miles. They couldn’t even oblige to their warranty policy. I was met by a very rude salesperson, an older man of European descent, who told me that I could not test drive the car "because people often just come for joy rides". He further stated that he wanted to work out the numbers and make sure that the car was "affordable for me" before taking it out on a test drive. I promptly left, wondering if I would have had a similar experience if I were Caucasian. More

I was told that is the price, then I asked what the out-of-door price is based off that price, and the rep recommended I come in because they can negotiate in-person. I live 1+ hr away, still in the same state. So I call, ask the same question, the rep says they're likely putting the car on auction soon because of lot rot. He says only managers can give me out-the-door pricing on the vehicle, so I ask him to transfer me to them and he says 'sure'. He actually transfers me to a sales rep, Sergio, who takes my general information. He reiterates what the email rep and general rep tell me; we don't give that information over the phone, but you can come in. I say 'Listen, I'm not going to drive over 2 hrs round trip to find a wildly different price than what's being sold online. So, outside of state registrations and licensing and taxes, what's the add-on pricing from your dealership outside the documenting fee?' Sergio says he can't give that information. So, I level with him: 'Does the car cost more than what you're selling it for online?' Sergio: Of course it does. Follow-up question: And does it cost at least 3K more? Sergio: Well, I can't say. It's different for all our vehicles. And I hung up. Very dishonest, deceptive, and unprofessional dealing. Bait-and-switch, scam artists at their finest. More
