Jesus was extremely knowledgeable and professional. One of the best salesmen I have dealt with in buying any car. He was undermined and made to look unsure of his role by those above him. The finance manager was uncomfortably pushy and the parts department was inadequate and unsure of themselves. A dealership this large should know what they have in stock and what they don't. Just not the overall experience I expected from this dealership as a whole. More

I have been pleased with the service I have received from the dealership these past 2 years; particularly the service writers & mechanics. Now I am leasing a car and Mateo has been helpful, listens, provide the dealership these past 2 years; particularly the service writers & mechanics. Now I am leasing a car and Mateo has been helpful, listens, provides appropriate information and is responsive. A key for me is that he wasn’t aggressive in his interactions. Yes, he provided options of which I chose to not take, like hybrid vs gas only car, etc., but never did I feel pressured or “hounded”. Excellent customer service and support, Mateo. Upon car delivery he and Ray were most helpful with the same excellent customer customer. More
