I had a nice experience at Rockland Hyundai. I was very pleased with the Customer service and professionalism of the staff everyone was very friendly as well. My sales consultant Roger, was so nice and pat pleased with the Customer service and professionalism of the staff everyone was very friendly as well. My sales consultant Roger, was so nice and patient. He listened and understood every step of the way during my process of test driving and wanting a specific car (2021 Kona). The Sales Manager Scott took his time to sit and explain my options, which I was very appreciative and felt this is what a Manager should do with Customers. And Luis the Finance, who was also much so kind and worked so hard to make things work from the Finance end. And thanks to Domonique, who initially responded to my Internet inquiry and called back in a timely fashion. The end results, I left that very same evening in my 2021 Kona.
