On one oil change the tech left my oil fill cap off of my truck and it was sitting on the core support. My last oil change the tech left my glove box laying on the passenger floor and my cabin air filter on truck and it was sitting on the core support. My last oil change the tech left my glove box laying on the passenger floor and my cabin air filter on the floor as well. I had to put it all back together. Not happy More

Scott was great, unfortunately I ended up waiting for my service when I had initially requested a shuttle ride. I had just missed the shuttle. Should have 2 shuttles running, one for those who request and t service when I had initially requested a shuttle ride. I had just missed the shuttle. I took my 2014 silverado in for oil change and tire rotation. My TPMS was working when I came in. However, when I picked it up it wasn't working, and they tried to charge me $600 to fix it. I took o rotation. My TPMS was working when I came in. However, when I picked it up it wasn't working, and they tried to charge me $600 to fix it. I took out my relearn tool and reprogramed the tires and it was working just fine. More
