I purchased a car a month ago from Scott. When I explained the car needed new tires, he said ok. A month later the car had an issue with the tires which was last week. When I brought my car i When I explained the car needed new tires, he said ok. A month later the car had an issue with the tires which was last week. When I brought my car in I asked for a leak check on the tire and the dealership only checked for nails and put the air in the tires. When I left that day which was a Thursday, I sent over a text message to Scott explaining I was having issues. He called me on Saturday morning at 8:52am and started arguing with me and did not listen to what I explained about what had happened and then tried to say I did not do what I did. He started to raise his voice and then explained why he waited to get back to me was because he was busy selling four cars on Thursday and at this point he wasn’t calling to help me and I explained I did not want to be spoken to this way anymore and ended the call. When I bought the car the gas tank was also not filled up. I really would like to just make things right with this dealership because I have a warranty. I just don’t find it professional what happened during my experience especially being one of my highest purchases in my lifetime. I am disappointed. More

Tom, Gary & Scott went above and beyond to fix the issues I had with the car i bought.
