Takes a month to get an appointment to get an oil change. So I was buying a car from out of state my nerves were a mess I came across a beautiful 2023 genesis g70 . Despite "transparent pricing" they preinstall the cheapest tint they can find and charge you for it. When I asked for more information about the tint they refused to give me any info until I gave the cheapest tint they can find and charge you for it. When I asked for more information about the tint they refused to give me any info until I gave them contact information. They would give me no information about their actual "transparent pricing" either, so no doubt you are charged a lot more than is on the sticker. The person I dealt with isn't listed here so I listed the manager. Just a bunch of cheats giving Hyundai a bad name. More

In June 2020 I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Palissade, ever since I had nothing but trouble with their customer service , or I should say THE LACK of it and I don't care attitude . About a month ago I've cal since I had nothing but trouble with their customer service , or I should say THE LACK of it and I don't care attitude . About a month ago I've called this dealership and inquired about installing steps in my vehicle, , I was told it would cost $1500.00 ! I was previously given a WRITTEN note of $933.00 plus tax , I asked if they could honor that price , they said the best they could do would be $ 1.290. Needless to say I wasn't happy about it but told the manager I would go ahead and do it . I was informed someone from the service department would call me . It has been almost 2 weeks and still waiting for that phone call . I went ahead and contacted another dealership ( certainly NOT Jim Ellis ) . I am having my steps Installed for $936 .00 including tax . I also sent 2 emaisl to Mr Wesley Ellis , but no response from him either . Another note I would like to add , I took my SUV to have the interior cleaned . As I was driving home I noticed one item that was in the cup holder was missing ! I Immediately called the service department , but they say they couldn't find the item I've described . I was , and still very upset because this item had a huge sentimental value for me as it was something that belonged to my Dad who passed away . So dissatisfied with every aspect at this dealership ! . More

This dealership is the BEST! We traded in our Sante Fe Sport and an Infiniti for a Palisade. But then in the middle of the process, we decided upon a Genesis V80 3.5 fully loaded. Since it took us awhi Sport and an Infiniti for a Palisade. But then in the middle of the process, we decided upon a Genesis V80 3.5 fully loaded. Since it took us awhile to make up our minds, I'm sure we tried their patience. But you would never have known it because everyone was just kind, considerate and professional. We dealt with the service tech, the sales manager and the general manager, all of whom just wanted us to get the 'right car' for us. What a great attitude they displayed. If I ever buy another car, it would be critical that we go back to this dealership -- that is how great they are! More

FANTASTIC My experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai was fantastic. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT (that is SO darn cute!!) with less than 9,000 miles on it. My experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai was fantastic. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT (that is SO darn cute!!) with less than 9,000 miles on it. I wasn't pressured to purchase anything... in fact, I was planning on coming back on Saturday with my boyfriend to make a final decision. Turns out I didn't need him. Everyone was so great and made this experience wonderful. My salesman was Lucian Brener, he was ready to let me drive any car on the lot if I wanted too. He pulled up the carfax for me on each vehicle and let me make the decision. I seriously couldn't have asked for anyone better to assist me. LOVED HIM!! I wrapped up the day doing the financing with Sam Patel and couldn't have felt more comfortable. I left there knowing I had made the right choice by going to Jim Ellis Hyundai and I felt like I had the A-Team working their magic to make my entire experience a great one. KUDOS to the entire team over a Jim Ellis. More
