I just recently bought a car from tony honda . A 2024 honda hrv . My experience there was extremely pleasant. I went on a random Tuesday and met with Sabrina . She was such a great listener , friendly, and helpful. I told her what I was looking for in a car and she found exactly that , but I wasn’t exactly ready to purchase that exact day. A week later I went back on my birthday and sabrina wasn’t in that day , but I had the pleasure of meeting with Darlyn . Which she equally was super friendly, easy to talk with, and patient . She also took the time to call Sabrina and get the details of the car I looked at last week. As I finally made my decision I was then sent to the finance department, which is where I spoke with Jazmine . Her energy was so welcoming . She did her thing on giving me great advice and also making sure I got the best bang for my buck! I don't even know where to start. In January I had gotten a 2024 Honda Accord with a friend and financed through Val in the finance department, she was friendly and made me feel comfo In January I had gotten a 2024 Honda Accord with a friend and financed through Val in the finance department, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable with my car buying experience with a friend. Fast foward its March and things go a bit awry. I got support from Limu (sales). He went above and beyond my expectations, I was worried I would be without a car and really believed things were gonna go upside down. Limu and Marco worked hard to get me in to a car without a co signer. How crazy is that! I don't have the best credit but they worked with me, and I believe they worked really hard to get the deal done. Upon signing the financial portion, I met Jazzy. She is wonderful! very cheerful, very patient and wants to make sure you are comfortable and pretty much sums everything up so you understand what you're getting into. Her upsell skills were great too, I normally would decline additional warranties etc; but she pointed everything in to a direction that made sense to me. I am grateful for these guys and I do plan to do service with them when I am ready to upgrade from my 2020 Honda HR-V someday. and ironically, I won't deny it wasn't easy to get me in to a car i've been turned down before. But I managed to leave with the original car I inquired about in January! How amazing! More

Dealership service department has always provided excellent service. This time I am rating a specific employee named George Toro. My sister & I were at the Tony Honda dealership on 2/29/24 for regul excellent service. This time I am rating a specific employee named George Toro. My sister & I were at the Tony Honda dealership on 2/29/24 for regular maintenance on her car. While waiting in the lobby we noticed Mr.Toro busily maintaining the complimentary coffee/snack area, wiping the entire area and making numerous pots of coffee, etc. That area was very popular and a high traffic area. It was obvious without someone maintaining that area, it would have been a disaster. My elderly sister walked over to get some coffee, and Mr.Toro offered to help her. He prepared a cup of coffee for her and helped her return to our table. What a gentleman! After her car was ready, Mr. Toro parked the car right outside the front door for us. Mr.Toro’s friendliness, kindness and excellent customer service really “made our day”! Tony Honda, please hang on to this employee! Mr. Toro is pure gold! More
