Terrible experiences to say the least. Working with Luxon Estiverne and the general manager Scott Roland at Naples Infiniti has 100 percent turned that around and instilled in me that it is possible to have CLASS, TRUST and professionalism in the same sentence as car and dealer! From the first initial call I made to inquire to the very last button I was being showed how to use on my new QX30, I was never pressured, never rushed, and always advised by them with a financial understanding I didn’t know was possible in a car buying scenario. Luxon and Scott exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled to own my second Infiniti and continue the Infiniti relationship. Guaranteed to be an Infiniti fan for life. Top Notch! I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I inquired online about a pre owned vehicle that showed up in my feed and again on Cars. I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I inquired online about a pre owned vehicle that showed up in my feed and again on Cars.com, I received a call back promptly from Cullen. This sales professional did a very nice job in leaving me a detailed message about the vehicle and his personal cell phone to reach him back at my convenience. I did that and made an appointment for that afternoon to view the car. Upon arrival, Cullen already had taken the time to move the vehicle to the front row of the building which was a very nice touch and showed his extra effort. From hello to the test drive, this salesperson was very knowledgeable and very comfortable to speak with showing no signs of desperation, only his willingness to help and answer my questions. During the test drive we enjoyed the top down almost like we were friends for years just out for a spin, however, he did not miss the opportunities to ask me questions that could later help him in his quest to sell me this vehicle, great job. I could go on and on about the great customer experience I had, but I will just say that if you are in the market for a vehicle, do not hesitate for a second to go to Naples Infinity! More
