The process of buying a preowned can be stressful, difficult, and aggravating. Our Guest Services Associate (and that is the correct title - no pushy salespeople here) was more than accomadating and patient. We didn't really know what we wanted but with his assistance we were able to get a vehicle that matched everything on our check list. The back office, working with the finance department- same great customer care. We received a comprehensive education on every aspect of our new purchase.

I can't stand how the norm is at most dealerships. You got a pack of hungry wolves sitting outside the second you step out of your vehicle, waiting to pressure you into something you've already done your research on. Online "quick chat" or "help" buttons on a dealer site is even worse. You give your name, and you're signing up for spam for eternity on new vehicles, rates, promos, when all you had is a question in regards to availability or a certain vehicle option.
Scott Solee at Berge is the best to work with hands down. He gets you what you need, but let's you make the decision. I'll never use another Ford salesman as long as Scott is doing his thing.
