After many months of research & test drives I decided on purchasing an XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid in July 2022. I visited Cloninger Toyota and met Gordon Robar and told him exactly what I wanted wit purchasing an XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid in July 2022. Gordon was very open about the length of time that this particular vehicle would take for delivery. During the past 4 months Gordon and his lil sidekick sales associate, Brian Sheldon keep me in loop on this special vehicle order. The XP Series Toyota Highlander Hybrid arrived last week just like I ordered and I took delivery Monday 11/21/2022. I purchased a car in December 2021, to date I haven’t traveled 3,000 miles yet. On my way home on day @2 weeks ago the car started to stall etc.. took car to dealership, said it was the transmission. traveled 3,000 miles yet. The dealership refused to fix the car, if so it’s at my expense. At first they were willing to help but now refused to do anything! I’m on a fixed income an cannot afford a transmission. I’ve been in contact with an attorney to consult about the Lemon Law. Shame on you Cloninger-Ford Toyota!! 👎🏽 More
