Service department keeps you waiting for hours even with appointment. Need to change how they schedule appointments. When I first walked into the service department to bring my car in for an oil change and general service inspection, I was greeted with a wonderful smile, and Season was as friendly, helpful, easy-going, an my car in for an oil change and general service inspection, I was greeted with a wonderful smile, and Season was as friendly, helpful, easy-going, and positive as could be! She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns with a genuineness and warmth that let me know that my satisfaction with the service she provided really mattered to her. As a photographer (my side gig), I always look forward to autumn, but my new favorite "season" is the one that works in the Service Department at Lithia Toyota in Redding. She's a valued asset to your dealership and I look forward to my next encounter with her! More
