Received exceptional service from the service department. Our Service Advisor Mikaila and the Service Dept Asst Manager Val, went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We were travelling from MN to OH when we had a brake warning light come on. We were very lucky to have found Wilde East Towne Honda . Staff helped us over the phone to evaluate the need to come in and the staff on site clearly took extra efforts to get us the needed parts overnight and have the work completed as early as possible on a Saturday morning. We are pretty sure Brad, the Technician who did the actual work, also made it a point to help get us back on the road as quickly as possible by being ready to go with the car when the parts came in. We were on our first road trip after 15 months of COVID restrictions going to see our daughter who lives in Ohio. So it was especially meaningful to have received the timely and thoughtful help to get us on track. Many thanks and 5 PLUS Stars for the wonderful folks in the Service Dept of Wilde East Towne Honda!! More

Sebestian did a fantastic job of having our vehicle detailed! He also had the headrest fixed without a charge. He always, always goes above and beyond! We are so happy! Previously, we had been told by Cheryl that it would be $80 for them to just even take a look at the headrest. And we had just bought this vehicle in October! This was the first time I was bringing the vehicle since it's oil change a few days before. Also, want to give a huge shout out to those "underground" who are actually doing the work! The detailing is amazing! Our oil changes have been amazing! Sebastian even walked with me to the counter - explained the charges and checked me out! I would go to him every time! More

Don't waste your time Poor service and poor follow through. After having my car nearly 9 hours, when I went to pick it up after work the service agent said he'd tried tor Poor service and poor follow through. After having my car nearly 9 hours, when I went to pick it up after work the service agent said he'd tried tor each me during the day to approve repairs. Since I never got a message, it's apparent he either dialed the wrong number or didn't call at all. Needless to say, the work did not get done. When I returned later to get them to honor their quote--after making an appointment and taking time from my schedule to go there--they would not honor it. When I returned, neither the agent nor the manager identified themselves. I will not return. More
