After picking up a brochure from Serafin in January,I came back to take a closer look at the Ford Fusion. Serafin pointed out all the features and offered me to take a test drive. I've purchased more than 15 new and used cars in my life and I will say this was the best experience of them all! Craig is awesome to work with. If I had to sum it up in a few words...I'd say he is hon life and I will say this was the best experience of them all! Craig is awesome to work with. If I had to sum it up in a few words...I'd say he is honest, fair and friendly. There was no pressure, no deceptive techniques used (I used to sell cars and understand the process) and the price was right and straightforward. Serafin was also super helpful and friendly. Even Doug in finance was easy to work with and no pressure. I realize his job is to try to upsell warranties and other add-ons, but he presented them with no pressure and let me make the choice. I will continue to shop just at this dealership if I need another car or any service. More

Because I'm a single woman, when I came in, I brought my sister and friend. Serafin was very polite and helpful, in that he said it wouldn't pay to get the hybrid Fusion, because I don't travel that man my sister and friend. The buying experience from pre-sale to delivery was efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. Incidentally, my 2007 Ford Explorer was always serviced and maintained at Fair Oaks with my complete satisfaction and I intend doing the same with my new F-150. More
