All of the technicians were great but Sergey Volodin went above and beyond! I have an old orange Element that I love, & Sergey was GREAT. He helped me fix a problem I was having and explained everything to me. Excellent customer service!
"Saved my day..."
I was driving to Maine from New York to drop my son off for a schooner trip. About 3 1/2 hours into my trip the low tire pressure light came on. I was driving my husbands' new car so I panicked thinking I was going to have a flat. I stopped at a gas station and checked the air pressure. One tire was a little off (29 not 32) so I filled it and assumed I was good, but the tire light was still on after driving a few miles. I have a 2016 Honda and the system recalibrates itself once the air tires are correct. I tried to reach my husband but he was not available. I stopped a second time and checked the pressure again. All was good so I thought it might just be a bad indicator, but my mind was not at ease. I had 3 kids in the car and had no idea what I'd do if the tire went flat. At the last minute I asked my son to search for a Honda dealership and Commonwealth was 2 miles away. I stopped in and met Sergey. I explained the problem and he said that the tires probably just needed to be recalibrated. I asked how long it would take (because I had to drop my son off by 6pm in Maine) and he laughed saying just a few minutes. He showed me how I had to manually have the system recalibrate. After that, I had no further problems with the tire or indicator. I got my son to Maine in time and drove home again yesterday without incident. Thank you, Sergey for helping put my mind at ease and getting me on my way.
