I bought a new car from here a few weeks ago. I worked with Sergio Alvarez (Sales) and Andrew Smith (Financing). Sergio was great - no hassle, no pressure, straight shooter. Same with Andrew - he I worked with Sergio Alvarez (Sales) and Andrew Smith (Financing). Sergio was great - no hassle, no pressure, straight shooter. Same with Andrew - he moved quickly but allowed me to take my time and he answered all of my questions. I feel i got a fair price on my my new car and a fair trade in for my old car. They went above and beyond as i forgot my checkbook so they arranged for me to drive my old car home and Sergio drove my new car to my house (30 mins and after hours) to ensure i got my new car the same day. Excellent service! More

there is a dealership in my location, which I went over there and didn't have a good experience. they were polite but I don't think they took me serious. When I called Groove Subaru, I was very well welcom there and didn't have a good experience. they were polite but I don't think they took me serious.
