When I ordered my F150 Limited, Sergio kept me informed regularly as to the build process along with the status of delivery. When I picked up the truck, he took his time going over all the details of it, e regularly as to the build process along with the status of delivery. When I picked up the truck, he took his time going over all the details of it, even though it was very late in the evening. I felt he was not rushed and I felt at ease. Not my first rodeo, having bought cars for 45+ years, I can honestly say this was a pain-free process. When I brought the truck in for maintenance, he called me directly to make sure everything was ok and I was having a smooth process. I might add, others who I encountered were just as professional. Buying a car or truck should always be a pressure free experience. The decision to purchase is stressful in it by itself, and adding upon it the making of a financial commitment, Bill Currie Ford minimized it and went far and beyond to make it stress-free. So much so, several months later, I sent my Son and fiancée there when they were looking at buying a used car. The General Manager Sean Sullivan who I had previously met, personally called him and arranged for the two of them to be taken care of. The used car salesman made sure they looked at vehicles only within their budget and needs. They both came back with their new (used) vehicle with a stress-free smile on their faces. They were ecstatic, as was I to see they were so happy, and with nothing but good things to say. Thanks Sergio, Geoff, Jason, Nicole, Alexa and Sean! More

They suck , never leave you alone call you all the time even after you tell them to stop . I looked one time on the website at a truck they had for sale that had sold already ( cuz they can’t keep their si even after you tell them to stop . First question I asked of Sergio, "Are you the one I will be dealing with?... Yes!" He is a straight shooter, no nonsense, and when I said "NO" the original offer and left the dealership, he got the manageme be dealing with?... Yes!"
