I brought my 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid in for routine maintenance. While waiting, I was approached by Jeffrey Tucker asking if I would like to have my car evaluated for it's worth. Once that was done, we maintenance. While waiting, I was approached by Jeffrey Tucker asking if I would like to have my car evaluated for it's worth. Once that was done, we went to speak with Shaher Husein. To tell the truth, I had no intention of selling my car and upgrading to a new one on that day. I test drove a 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid, and it was great. However, I could not afford the payments. Shaher suggested that I lease instead and switch to the regular Civic. That worked. I was able to get a Civic with the features I wanted and drove off with a new car. I would say that, not counting the approximate hour that I was at Service, it took about four hours. Everyone was friendly and attentive. This was, I believe the fifth Honda I have gotten at Rick Case. I have always been totally satisfied with both the sales and service departments at Rick Case. More

On December 13, 2012 I was trading in my leased 2010 Civic for a New 2012 Civic, I was solicited by the Dealer 3 separate times and told that they could put me in a 2012 Civic for the same or less amoun Civic for a New 2012 Civic, I was solicited by the Dealer 3 separate times and told that they could put me in a 2012 Civic for the same or less amount of payment as my 2010. Again I was SOLICITED 3 separate times. At the Dealer I questioned and was ASSURED that ALL of the COSTS of returning my 2010 CIVIC would be paid for by the Dealer. I asked in particular about the EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES and was told VERY CLEARLY that the EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES would be paid for by the Dealer. While signing all of the documents to finalize the transaction I again questioned directly to Shaher Husein and was assured AGAIN that ALL COSTS of returning the 2010 CIVIC would be paid by the Dealer. About 2 weeks after the purchase I was sent a bill for $238.00 from Honda Finance for the EXCESS MILEAGE. I figured it was a mistake and contacted the Dealer. I was told that I was MISINFORMED and that the documents that I signed stated VERY CLEARLY that the DEALER WOULD NOT PAY FOR EXCESS MILEAGE. I was told to contact General Sales Manager Joseph Pensabene. When I spoke to JP as he is referred to he assured me that it was an oversight and the he would PERSONALLY see to it that the EXCESS MILEAGE charges would be paid by the RICK CASE DEALERSHIP. About 10 days later I was sent another bill from Honda Finance for the UNPAID EXCESS MILEAGE CHARGES. I called JP ( Joseph Pensabene ) about 6 times over the next 5 days and to this day I haven't had a return call fro him. I paid the $238.00 and as a reult of being LIED to and DECIEVED by RICK CASE HONDA I will never do business with a RICK CASE DEALERSHIP again. More

For the first time I feel like I got exactly what I wanted at the best possible price. The time it took for me to go into the dealership and walk out with my vehicle was quick! I recently had my new car tinted and can honestly say that every employee I encountered on that visit was not only helpful but also very courteous and friendly. Apparently great customer service does not that every employee I encountered on that visit was not only helpful but also very courteous and friendly. Apparently great customer service does not end with the sale of the vehicle at this dealership. I am very pleased that I chose this partiular dealer to purchase my new car. I was especially impressed with the cashier ( I believe her name is Graceila). She made me aware of the discounts available to me and gave me a rewards card to use on my first purchase. More
