That would certainly help. I can't understand taking over 9 weeks to return money that was confirmed with both my out the my price copy as well as the final sales copy provided by the finance office, who worked so fast I don't even have his name and he did not even sign it on my copy. As compared there was a big difference in the price of over $500 well as the joke of a check for $1.51. This has been a bad experience for me. My friends have bought eight cars from you over the past so many years since you opened dealership. In addition my my sister has bought 6 Hyundais from you. I guess ownership of the dealer property has changed to a company too big to really care. If I don't get my money back promptly, I will share my experience with them as well if I do not get a response on this. In light of the fact that a effort was made in the beginning to get the money I recommended the Santa Cruz and my own salesman to buy the car from it by a neighbor. She went to New Port Richey Hyundai and she bought an identical car in a different color she lives across the street. I certainly will call you but I don't even know who to ask for. Please change my feeling about your dealership and do what's been promised to me for 9 weeks.

Called the number got dealership. Asked for Customer relations and got voice mail. Left message. Call as expected was never returned. May I state that it is Illegal to charge a customer more than a transfer of tags costs. Your check for $1.51 is proof of illegal action as the total remaing from transfer of tags costs from the $750 you took at closing. Based on my contact with Citrus County, THE CHARGE IS OVER $500 above what law allows. In additon you charged nearly $300 for the service for obtaing the transfer.If you really care, Call me back. That is atleast good manners.
