Service Advisor Shane McCarty’s knowledge and attention to detail presents clear options before each service and is followed by quality work of technicians. Some accommodations are provision of a well-suited loaner vehicle upon request for the duration of the service, updates on the status of your vehicle, and a complementary wash and vacuum. A coherent and accurate invoice is appreciated. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Athens. More
