I recently purchased a 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn from Elk Grove Dodge. I had the pleasure of working with fleet manager Shanna Fairbanks. When my wife and I first went to the dealership we were looking to bu Grove Dodge. I had the pleasure of working with fleet manager Shanna Fairbanks. When my wife and I first went to the dealership we were looking to buy a used truck. After looking at the used inventory I was thinking about getting a new truck. Shanna worked with us on what we needed and gave us the options that fit our plan the best. We ended up deciding to order a truck. It was a great experience building it online and Shanna helped me all the way through it when I had questions. When the truck came in I felt like she was excited as we were. We loved the truck after driving it. We said yes we want it. After working out all the costs with the extremely helpful finance manager Suzanne Tackett, Shanna took us out and introduced us to our brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn. She went through the process of explaining how to operate all the bells and whistles. It was the best experience I’ve had with a new vehicle purchase in my life. I felt everyone I was working with really had our true best interest in mind. Not something I’ve usually felt at car dealerships. I will be telling everyone I know about the great experience I had at Elk Grove Dodge. More
