Shannon was wonderful, helping me with get my car checked in and out later. I was worried about how much this repair was going to cost, and the pricing was very fair.I appreciated getting a ride back home wh in and out later. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday 3/20, at 09:00 to get a tire pressure sensor & radio repaired. When I arrived to pick up at 16:30, I find out that neither had been repaired because it was not stated on a tire pressure sensor & radio repaired. When I arrived to pick up at 16:30, I find out that neither had been repaired because it was not stated on the work order. Shannon & a young African American gentlemen argued about the work order in front of me. Which I found unprofessional. Shannon whispered to me that she hated this job. Also, unprofessional. Bottom line is I'm driving around with a non-functioning TPS & an irritating light on my dashboard. At this point I am tempted to take it to 5 star to get repaired because I have lost trust in Don Davis. More
