Super helpful, nice, they weren’t pushy at all. I really enjoyed the experience. The only disappointment was I couldn’t drive my car home day of. I went to buy my Family and myself a dependable vechicle that I could get my family around safely. Went in and spoke with Bill Peck and my wife and I was telling him how the last time we bought a vechicle i that I could get my family around safely. Went in and spoke with Bill Peck and my wife and I was telling him how the last time we bought a vechicle it the transmission went out on us a month later and he assured us that nothing like that would happen that they would take good care of us and then sold me a extended warranty so that after my warranty thru sharpest rides was up if something happen to the vechicle it would be covered so we bought the vechicle and on the test drive there was noises in the front end so they only put in the due bill that they would fix that. The next day on my way to work the BRAKES started grinding really bad and was metal to metal and bearly stopped the car so I had to park it, then the air conditioner stops working on the passenger side it only blows hot air in back seats and on passenger and cold on the driver, and the driver seat feels like its not bolted down all the way. So they scheduled me an appointment with there shop for a week later, so now they took my 5,000$ down and sold me a car that is sitting there with no brakes and when I take the car in it takes them over a week and they tell me that they will only fix what they put on the due bill and nothing else except brakes. And I asked about the 30 day warranty and it don’t help at all and my extended warranty won’t be available till after the 30 day warranty is up and they won’t fix it. So now I have a vehicle that my kids can not ride in because it blows completely hot air on them all the time and the driver seat moves back and forth as you press the gas and the brake ( I GUESS THEY DON’T SEE THAT AS A SAFETY PROBLEM OR THAT THEY MARKED THE BRAKES HAD OVER 75% ON THEM) So I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS LIKE BILL PECK SAID THEY DO AND SELLING CARS WITH NO BRAKES AND A SEAT THAT MOVES AND THAT BLOWS HOT AIR ON EVERYONE BUT THE DRIVER. When I test drove the car I couldn’t tell the passenger side was getting hot air blown on them cuz I was in the driver seat. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!! More

Best sale person I ever had BAR NONE I needed a nice vehicle for my wife. I did not wanted to be pressured of something I did' not want. I searched the internet and found the exact car m I needed a nice vehicle for my wife. I did not wanted to be pressured of something I did' not want. I searched the internet and found the exact car my wife wanted. We both went to the dealership and met Bill Peck. He was the most laid back person in sales I ever met. He gave us two choices and left it up to us which one we wanted to test drive. He never interrupted our conversation as my wife and I were making a decision and enjoying the ride. He answered all our questions when asked him. We were not pressured at any point. He made it possible for us drive off the lot the next day. I have not seen my wife so happy. In fact the whole staff will make you feel so good you came in. They have any car or truck known to man in that lot. Take my word, you will not be disappointed. His name is BILL PECK. I HATE this place!! It’s been haunting me just like the lemon they sold me! I bought my car and the night I pulled out of the parking lot it broke down on the side of the road! I had to pay $100 to get a t lemon they sold me! I bought my car and the night I pulled out of the parking lot it broke down on the side of the road! I had to pay $100 to get a tow truck! Then they told me it was due to fuel pump! They serviced it did not give me a rental car. After I took my car back after 3 days! Keep in mind I had just bought it 4 day’s ago! So that’s was very FRUSTRATING! Then I notice exactly one week later my check engine light is on i get it tested at O Riley’s . Autozone and advanced auto parts they all tell me the same code P0420 I call them and tell them. They tell me they have to test it at their service center to Confirm. I bring my car back and they tell me and confirm the same code comes back they keep it for a entire week and that it’s a very expensive issue with it being now about 2 weeks of me having the car and getting this news I told them I no longer would like this car and I would like to trade unless they are able to fix this really big issue. They told me they could give not give me a courtesy vehicle they no longer do that. And this was an expensive issue so they could try and either get me a Rental car while they service it and i pay service fees! or they fix the car that’s it. I chose for them to fix the car. I go to pick up the car the “manager” RAYMUNDO ORTIZ was very rude and racial made me very uncomfortable they refused to give me a receipt! Made me sign a paper saying any other service they will charge $99 per hour. Which I felt was okay because they fixed the most important major issue so I thought.I had to leave work to go and get my car so I was on lunch it was so overwhelming the First Lady at the counter was mean to me first saying she couldn’t find my car ??? ThAtsbwhy I asked to speak with the manager raymundo ! Smh so I just left. About 2 months later I have my check engine light back on and my antifreeze is leaking I take it back just for estimate they were very rude told me they were going to need to keep it for at least 2weeks!!! I could not afford to do that. I would also have to pay the service fees ! And i could not afford to do that I have a important job to get back and fourth to and important appointments to help take my grandmother to. They could care less they then call me exactly 1 month and 2 days after I had already found another mechanic to fix my antifreeze. They tell me the bank that was going to finance me did not accept the offer??? How that was not already taken care of ??? I have no idea they then insist I bring another 3,500 for another bank to finance me or they would take my car back!!! I honestly begin to cry and explain everything that’s wrong with the car and asked to speak with the manager . I get on the line with the manager and he was nice he understood my frustration at the time.. he says I’m not sure why that happened we will take care of the car but we have to switch it to a buy her pay here in order for you to keep the car and we have to re write your contract please come back in. Desperate I go back to get another contract I scheduled the appointment for the issue with the P0420. When I arrive at my appointment they bring up the paper again saying I signed it and they are charging me for service and they need it for about 2 weeks. I could not believe I asked for the manager by name which I no longer remember 😐 but he then tells me that he cannot help me after he already told me he would take care of it ? It was Just a very horrible experience so I’m now here ! Stuck with the car and the code P0420 is effecting My car really bad! I called service today just trying to gather information about the dates and what my car was serviced for I spoke with a nice lady that answered she said that she could go back to the beginning of time says I took my car In for a fuel pump November 2017? I didn’t even own the car at that point !!!! Then the starter in September 2017? Also had not even thought about buying a car then ? So Then a Water pump March 2018 ( I have never been told anything being done to my water pump? Or needed that to be fixed ? That was the time they say they fixed the huge problem P0420? And refused to give me a receipt for! Also made a big deal and made me sign the paper thing! Then lastly a coolant leak that I refused service on! The only correct thing is the coolant leak that I refused service on? They have no record of me getting my fuel pump replaced ? Even tho THEY GAVE ME A RECEIPT THAT CLEARLY HAS THE DATE! . I calmly explained to the lady none of the info is correct she offers to get her manager! Turns out it’s RAYMUNDO he was soooo rude to me ! Told me he doesn’t care or know why the systems are wrong! And he’s not going to explain because doesn’t have to! Because he is his own manager and that he no longer wished to speak with me and was disconnecting the call! I have NEVER been treated this way it’s not fair to treat your customers this way I HATE THIS PLACE. ! I intend to do everything in my power to present my evidence and phone calls to whom ever will listen! STOP 🛑AND DO NOT PASS GO WITH THIS PLACE I BEG YOU!! More
