I had an issue with the LoJack system installed in my car, Took it in for service, told the scheduler, and the bot that sent me a text that this needed to be addressed. It was not. Called service, promised call back, did not call back . 2 calls to Salesman finally resulted in response. Still not fixed, snow storm prevented me from bring back . Over 1 hour drive to Fort Wayne Toyota from my home. I waited 5 to 7 days betweeen phone calls. When did talk to service person who finally called me he was nice . The wait for a finance person once you’ve decided to buy is way too long. Once you get in with their finance department, they will pressure you into add ons and lie to you about different aspects of it to s is way too long. When you try to confront them later or get a change (within 1 day), they will again lie and say there is nothing they can do. But if you escalate and contact someone higher up, they will suddenly be able to do something. I’ve also tried getting other information from the salesperson and never hear back and have to call several times and ask for a manager. More
