We've been impressed with the service department and the quality of the Honda we've bought, so that gives them a leg up on where we would shop for a new car. Kabir Sheikh was our sales person, and took very good care of us . He is great on the details and features and helped steer us to the best car for us. We liked the many improvements in the 2015 CR-V over the 2004 model, and Kabir was great in spelling those out for us. Mark Peterson demonstrated the dealerships desire to keep long time Honda owners happy. The 2015 is much more complex that the older models, and Kabir has promised to always be available if we have any questions. More

Finally got what we wanted at the right place! We have been searching and researching SUVs for the last 3 weeks, and visited 5 dealerships (Honda and Toyota). At 2 Honda dealers (Honda on Grand and We have been searching and researching SUVs for the last 3 weeks, and visited 5 dealerships (Honda and Toyota). At 2 Honda dealers (Honda on Grand and Valley Honda) we came close to buying, but the price or financing was not right. Anyways, today we went to Honda of Lisle, after getting an internet quote. Met Debbie Pierce there and from there on it was easy. She patiently answered all are queries and had many good suggestions of her own. She introduced us to the sales manager Javier- who is "agressively aggressive"- polar opposite of Debbie; anyways he came up with 2.75% APR on the financing and we reluctantly shook hands on the deal. Then we were introduced to the Finance manager- Shawn Kiannejad and got a very pleasant surprise, indeed! Before we were seated, on his own accord he said that he was able to get us a better deal at 2.44%. Un-believable, but true. I have never come across dealerships with people who are so nice to do business with. If you want a Honda, these 2 are the guys to go to.....Honest. Mighty impressed.... More

He gave us a good interest rate at a length of time that followed our driving pattern, (vehicle useage) Abby was great in determining final pricing! Vince was "right on" when we brought our Civic in for an oil change while we closed the deal on our CR-V .He had good info on service tips. I found Honda of Lise easy to work with. I have, and will continue to recommend you to others! More

She is not pushy, knows her vehicles, and really let us decide what we wanted with no pressure. I always prefer a more laid back approach to sales and it worked for us!!!! Plus she's funny and humble! There are no pretenses here! She has a dry sense of humor, which I love! Shawn has a great personality, too, and I really enjoyed talking to him and working with him as well!!! Again, there was no pushiness to get extended warranties, etc. And he is a very humble man! I would buy from Debby Pierce again and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a Honda!!!!!!! She is a natural born saleswoman and she really explains things well about the car to put your mind at ease before you get behind the wheel, as I am a bit technically challenged after having had an old 2000 Honda Accord! More

I haven't bought a car in 15 years, and being in my late 60's and a widow have a little trouble with some of the new features. But they contacted me if I had any questions. Best car purchase experience I've ever had. I hate car transactions and usually have low expectations for them. And I came into this kinda picky, wanting a manual transmission in a particular c I hate car transactions and usually have low expectations for them. And I came into this kinda picky, wanting a manual transmission in a particular color. But you'd have thought I'd asked for the Holy Grail... My low expectations were met by three preceding dealers. The one where I'd made initial arrangements misled and then COMPLETELY blew me off, the second place did similar, and the third place dropped the ball as well. But Honda of Lisle had the car, and came thru immediately in a prompt, professional and very courteous manner. The transaction was smooth, with only very minimal (and expected) shenanigans. They did it the way it's supposed to be done! I initially spoke with Mark Peterson and Tim ?? over the phone. Both were extremely helpful and held the car for me until I could come in for the purchase. No xx on the terms either, they gave me essentially what I had agreed to at the other dealer-who-shall-not-be-named, adjusted to a different promotion deal by this point. Debby Pierce handled the sale in person, and she was just stellar! Friendly, patient, calming, nice sense of humor, and very informative, especially explaining all the new tech stuff that I've never had before. (I'll still need a teenager to explain it to me another dozen times but that's not her fault....) She was also very responsive when we found a few dings and smudges on the car exterior, and is arranging to have the dings repaired shortly. During the closing paperwork phase they initially entered the wrong financing rate (1.9% instead of 0.9 as confirmed by Debbie, Tim, and Mark.) This was corrected as soon as I pointed it out. Shawn was courteous, explained all additional options, and was not pushy. Overall I'm very impressed with the everyone I worked with, especially Debbie. I'm already recommending her and Lisle Honda to my friends. More

David Janowski was the salesman that we wo We first came to this dealership in late February. We had just sold our car and were in need of a new one. David Janowski was the salesman that we worked with. He was very interested in helping us find a car that met our needs. He was very patient with us, and there was no pressure. During a test drive he spent time to explain many of the new features of the car (we hadn't bought a new car in 11 years). He surprised me by pointing us to a website (Truecar.com) that provided comparison pricing. Based on our reactions to the cars we saw, he pointed us toward the HRV, a new model that wasn't available yet. It turned out to be almost 3 months before the new HRV's were available. In the interim, David was very good about providing updates on the latest that they knew about availability. When the HRV became available, he promptly called and sent an email to let us know. With the HRV in stock he was exceedingly helpful in arranging a test drive, answering our questions, etc. When the car that we wanted was one that had not yet been prepped (following shipment), he got that process started immediately. The price that we ended up with was fair and better than I expected. At delivery he went over many features in great detail. Then a week later he offered a "2nd delivery" to allow me to ask more questions, and show more features that I had missed the first time around. Shawn was very friendly in handling the "business end" of the transaction. When I decided (two weeks later) to cancel the extended warranty plan that I had purchased, he handled the cancellation and refund very promptly. All in all, David and Shawn (as well as other staff that we met in passing) were very friendly and helpful, and worked to make the car-buying experience as "un-stressful" as possible. I certainly recommend them. More

The only place I will buy a Honda I have now bought two cars here and they are the only place I will go. Our salesman Mike Dalpino made our car buying a pleasure. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, working out the details and prepping the car so I could drive home in it that evening. First Time of Many to Come These folks were amazing! My wife and I had managed to get by in Chicago for 10 years without a car. We bought a used Civic from another dealership These folks were amazing! My wife and I had managed to get by in Chicago for 10 years without a car. We bought a used Civic from another dealership and have no complaints about the car. Once it came time to get a second vehicle, a friend recommended we visit Honda of Lisle. We were so pleasantly surprised and feel so grateful to have been treated as well as we were. No pressure, just sincere honesty and guidance. We drove off of the lot in a beautiful 2015 CRV and have been loving it ever since! When we're ready to trade in our 2010 Civic, a car bought elsewhere, we know we're coming right back to Honda of Lisle with the confidence that we'll be treated right and will drive off with another fine automobile. Scott, Shawn, and Mark were extremely helpful and comforting through the entire process. I simply cannot recommend these folks enough! More
