Don't buy a used car here! Bought a 2010 Traverse with 104 thousand miles on it. Only had it for 27 days when the cadaladic converters went bad. They told me $3,200 to fix it. I Bought a 2010 Traverse with 104 thousand miles on it. Only had it for 27 days when the cadaladic converters went bad. They told me $3,200 to fix it. I asked them to help me with the cost since I had not had it for even 30 days. The device guy Sean was good he tried to get us some help but the dealership said no. I was told by the general manager to bad you bought it as is. They had my car for almost three weeks before they finally said no we won't help. I spoke with Dave the general manager and explained we were supposed to leave to go in a camping trip that was already paid for and I needed a car that I did not know how to explain to my children. DAVE SAID READ THEM THE WINDOW STICKER THAT SAYS AS IS, I SAID THEY WOULD NOT UNDERSTAND HE SAID HAVE THEM CALL ME I WILL EXPLAIN IT. If this is how a customer is treated he needs to find a new line of work. I now have a car that sits in my driveway that I make payments on that I can't afford to fix. Thanks Lunghamer you should be ashamed. More
