I schedule an appointment for you guys to diagnose and fix a problem with the pneumatic lift system. I dropped it off and left it with you for a week while I was out of town. When I got back, you had done fix a problem with the pneumatic lift system. I dropped it off and left it with you for a week while I was out of town. When I got back, you had done nothing except change the oil and rotate the tires. Totally inexcusable. I felt blown off. This is the second time that I brought the car to you with that problem. The first time you couldn’t get to it either. I will never come back! Nice people but terrible service! More
