Day 1 - I waited 20 minutes for a sales rep with multiple announcements, no one came over. I left a note and left. I was finally contacted 3 days later. Multiple emails and texts back and forth asking me to announcements, no one came over. I left a note and left. I was finally contacted 3 days later. Multiple emails and texts back and forth asking me to come in that day or next. Clearly they did not read what I sent explaining I was out of town. Must have been 10-12 trips back and forth with sales person on buy day to get paperwork correct. To buy a used car took 3 hours. I still don’t have a manual which was promised and have reminded multiple people to date. A very painful process to buy a used car!! More

Sherry and Micheal did an amazing job for my new car purchase! It was cold when I purchased the vehicle so didn't check for ac which later I found out was not working. When I took it back I was told by purchase! It was cold when I purchased the vehicle so didn't check for ac which later I found out was not working. When I took it back I was told by the service department manager they don't inspect the cars before handing off to the customer nor it is their responsibility to inspect new cars before selling them. Make sure you check each and every function of the car or bring a technician with you because shottenkirk honda does not have enough time to make sure your car coming from the factory is in a good condition. The issue was fixed under Honda warranty More

We were supposed to work with Sherry, but she was out sick. We worked with Chandler, and it was a great experience! Sherry was great with the initial contact, and follow up too! The only less then ideal part was waiting our turn (2 hours) to finalize things with Finance; but that was understandable as there was a decent amount of people waiting, and it was the end of the year.
