So, I thought I need to visit another dealer shop which is famous for their services. "Galpin Honda" is the dealer shop what I want exactly. price and service, all are very good. They try to match my price. They are polite and friendly. Also, they work professionally so that I can believe them. I bought the car from Chris, but I also asked JR, too. They are both really good. The person who helps the paper jop is the worst person in this dealer shop, but he isn't that bad compared to the "airport marina honda" and just I can bear his attitude. Currently, I am recommending this dealer shop to everybody. They are so nice. More

Great Experience! Great Atmosphere! Never did I imagine I would drive about 45 minutes just for my car! I was looking for the 2015 CRV in the Basque Red color after having a horrible ex Never did I imagine I would drive about 45 minutes just for my car! I was looking for the 2015 CRV in the Basque Red color after having a horrible experience at Norm Reeves in Cerritos, my husband and I called Galpin! Silas was the one who took our call as we wanted to make sure the car was in stock! Sure enough it was it being 8:20 pm and my husband and I looking at a 55 minute drive! Silas even sent my husband a pic of the car to guarantee us that they in fact had the car! We literally got there at 9:28 2 minutes before closing! The vibe and atmosphere was is just great there! They really take car of their customers! We drove back the following day to seal the deal! Silas made sure we were comfortable as we waited, offered us coffee. The Easter display was a nice welcoming for families with children! They had ready chicks and bunnies! Overall, I would recommend coming here! Great customer service! They really go out of their way! Even for Silas who came in on his day off to help us seal the deal! He really made it happen as well! He and Sunny! Thanks Galpin Honda! More

Cool crusin' in my Civic! On Monday, I traded in my '98 Honda Accord, and came home with a 2013 Honda Civic. Best experience I have had buying a vehicle I was in the market for a specific Honda and visited Galpin before other Honda dealerships in the local area. We were introduced to Silas Gary Jr. an I was in the market for a specific Honda and visited Galpin before other Honda dealerships in the local area. We were introduced to Silas Gary Jr. and he made it very hard for us to leave and search other dealerships because of his great and personable attitude. In the end though, we did visit 4 other Honda dealerships and not only did their selection pale in comparison to Galpin but so did their customer service. Galpin also offers the lifetime warranty on the engine and power train, while even though stipulations are involved, no other dealer compares. Upon arriving back to Galpin later that evening, Silas immediately approached us, answered all of our lingering questions and initiated the buying process. This is the fourth car I have purchased from a dealership and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt it was the smoothest transaction for purchasing a car that I have experienced, from Silas to Jorj, everyone was helpful and wanted to see that our needs were met. Silas, even contacted later on in the week to see how the car was doing and if I needed anything. When it comes to purchasing a car, selection and price are very important but having that customer interaction is the most vital piece of the transaction. More
