Horrible experience trying to buy a vehicle here. They mark up their tickets way to high. I have a growing family, and as a family we decided that we needed a vehicle big enough to support our gro They mark up their tickets way to high. I have a growing family, and as a family we decided that we needed a vehicle big enough to support our growing needs. Given how high interest rates are and really hardly any incentives to help with purchasing…. We reluctantly were on the hunt for something big enough to support our needs. When I put in a request to see a vehicle for on Toyota of Orlando’s lot, I was hounded for days by phone calls and texts about said vehicle. When I finally had a moment to respond back to the online sales department, I told them I would not be interested in the vehicle if there was any dealership mark ups above MSRP. Sadly after 30min of chatting and reassurances that there were no Market Adjustments…. We decided as a family to come in later that day. Mind you I do not agree with the interest rates and zero incentives to want to Finance the vehicle. So I decided to pull out cash in hand to make a purchase if we came to an agreement on the right OTD costs…. Needless to say, the gentleman lied to me on the phone, I get to the dealership ready to make a purchase, just to see a giant Market Adjustment sticker for over well over $5k and then a $1500 charge for the dealer shipping the vehicle in! The sales employees kept telling me let me talk to my manager about the MA, I don’t make the price. Mind you I have cash in hand ready to walk off the lot in a new vehicle. They would not budge and instead tell me they prefer selling cars at these higher prices because someone will eventually pay it because they are desperate enough. I’ll say this again though, I was sitting in the dealership $57k in hand ready to buy, This dealership turned me away. Just so some “greater fool than I” will purchase this vehicle for $68k. What a race to the bottom and sadly the greed and arrogance of this dealership to continue to push families to spend so much on a vehicle is ridiculous. Save your money! Go some where that values you as a customer. We went to a different dealership found exactly what we wanted with out the crazy MA prices and poor sales tactics. More

Danny Dietrich gets 5 stars Sales Dept. gets zero stars for harassing customers who are waiting for vehicle service calling them one by one to their location and approaching them about selling/trading in their vehicle. They don't take "I'm not interested in selling my car, I just came in for an oil change" as an answer - they keep prodding with questions. This practice of soliciting customers who are there to have their vehicle service is extremely irritating and one of the many reasons people dislike going to car dealerships! More

I had a horrible car buying experience. We walked the lot and couldn't find the car I wanted, so I ended up working a deal on another car. The salesman refused to give me a break down of the fees, includ lot and couldn't find the car I wanted, so I ended up working a deal on another car. The salesman refused to give me a break down of the fees, including an out door price. He basically pulled up the calculator on his computer, and scribbled some numbers on the little customer information sheet the salesman takes down your information on. Again, he never printed out a worksheet with the vehicle information, or even a break down of the fees showing how he came up with the number he scribbled down on the paper. He repeatedly requested a copy of my driver's license. He stated he couldn't work numbers without a copy of my license. I then asked to see the invoice for the vehicle. The salesman walked away, when he returned I was informed I couldn't see the invoice, but the invoice price was about $2000 less than the MSRP. I requested to speak with a manager who informed me that legally they don't have to show customers the invoice, and if I had a problem I could go to another dealership. I politely said thank you and left the dealership. It was a complete waste of time. The employees at this dealership are extremely rude. If you don't want to deal with SHADY SALES TACTICS then you should avoid this store. It was a horrible car buying experience, and I was embarrassed by the salesman's tone and attitude. More

Hello do to my experience in the service area is very poor do to first time there for oil change my tundra was scratch on hood and grill and never informed. Second time 1/29 went there fire tire rotation poor do to first time there for oil change my tundra was scratch on hood and grill and never informed. Second time 1/29 went there fire tire rotation and oil change . After they finish they took my car to body shop with no need they took the wrong car wow ok then got home and tire rotation were never done . That very wrong. Not even a call from Toyota of Orlando not professional. Team something is wrong. More

Excellent service, this is the second vehicle I purchase fro m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process m Toyota of Orlando they always try to find the way to get you on the car you want, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is that the process takes too long, from the minute you pick the vehicle you want to the minute you get to get in your new car and drive home can take from four to five hours, other than that is a very pleasing experience, every one there is very nice from Nichole Peters in financial to the sales representatives on the floor. More
