Spiro provided excellent service during the trade in of our used Mini and the purchase of a new one..He communicates well and was very easy to work with. Spiro understood what we wanted and did not try t our used Mini and the purchase of a new one..He communicates well and was very easy to work with. Spiro understood what we wanted and did not try to talk us into anything else. Arrangements were made in record time with no haggling! Mini of Ramsey has a better selection of new vehicles than other dealerships that I have tried. The only downside that I can report was having to wait two whole hours to get in to see a manager on the day of our pick up. More

They like to pile on the non-optional options (coatings, nitrogen, excessive doc fees), but they don’t even pretend to do them. I was a repeat customer due to the previous service I had there. Must be mew management or owner and quality is in the gutter. It seems clear cutting every cost to them to the bone and charging you for the air you breathe is the goal. Unless they are the only option - look elsewhere for your Mini. More
