Special thanks to Jose Ignatius who had been in frequent contact with us after we first visited Ferman 18 months prior, but decided to buy a new 2015 Honda Pilot instead. My wife really liked the Mazda3 we test drove, but due to family needs, we opted for the bigger Pilot. Within those short 18 months, my wife decided she really wanted to downsize her vehicle, so we went back to Ferman and I sought out Jose specifically. He remembered us, of course, and was very helpful. We test drove a 2.0L Mazda 3 and loved it, but finally decided an upgrade was in order, so we got the 2.5L Mazda 3s Grand Touring. My wife couldn't be happier with the car! We also want to thank Robin Campbell who worked out the financing piece of this purchse. She was professional, personable and quick. I do have a long history with this dealership - but only the parts department. I've owned nearly a dozen Mazda Miatas and I've frequented the parts counter and purchased a bunch from Stacy and Ben. I am pleased to say that my first new Mazda purchase was a great experience. I may just have to go back for a new MX-5 for me.
