Wonderful experience buying a Ridgeline at Curry Honda, particularly in the current market. Brett Cohen was incredibly easy to work with, very helpful, and informative. While I know that most people these days seem to care less about how they are treated at a car dealership, I will write a quick review about Curry Honda in Chicopee. Simply put, it would be wise to stay less about how they are treated at a car dealership, I will write a quick review about Curry Honda in Chicopee. Simply put, it would be wise to stay clear of this dealership. Wise, indeed! I emailed an individual there, to inquire about purchasing a 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring with a 6 speed. After not hearing anything for several days, and sending this person a second email days later, their response is that "in discussing with my management team, we feel as if the car will be very difficult to obtain. Let us know if you wish to get the automatic transmission, instead". End of email. I wrote back and told them that, although difficult, eventually the car would arrive, and that I am not in any rush to have the car. I fully understand the chip shortage situation.... That email was sent out over two weeks ago. No response! For a dealership to not respond to an inquiry in a timely manner lets me know that they are lumped into the very bad dealerships, instead of the great ones. The best ones wish to make money. The bad ones rely on the unintelligent customers, to which, sadly, there are many. A word of advice. If you want a vehicle that you specifically wish to have, don't waste your precious time and go to a dealership that doesn't wish to cater to your reasonable request. There are still many places to shop for a car that will "take care of you" professionally. This particular dealership is definitely not one of them. More

Now that I have picked up my truck, I can reiterate that it was worth the 144 mile drive to do business with them. From Josh, to Tobie in finance to Hatem my salesman, everyone was professional and made it it was worth the 144 mile drive to do business with them. From Josh, to Tobie in finance to Hatem my salesman, everyone was professional and made it very easy to do business. they accommodated that fact that I live in NY so the paperwork was done remotely and the pick up yesterday was great. Hatem knows the truck and gave me a great tour and made sure it was set up to my satisfaction before I left. he also shared his cell phone and said before or after I have the car, do not hesitate to call him with any questions, any time. I took advantage of that before pick up and he was very repsonsive. I am also a salesman and this is how I operate to stand out to my customers, so I appreciate his efforts. I can recommend him and this dealer without reservation. More

I had a really great experience at Curry Honda. The sales team was honest and I didn't feel forced into anything. The only thing they missed was from the service department, which was the wheel locks sales team was honest and I didn't feel forced into anything. The only thing they missed was from the service department, which was the wheel locks that I paid for. Luckily I noticed and they installed them and apologized. So definitely a very minor issue that was remedied. I also appreciated that the loan person that I worked with wasn't pushy about "add-ons" and extras. He worked with me to find an extended protection plan that fit my budget and protected my new Pilot. Thank you! More
