Good Experience at Jake Sweeney Kia We made our first visit to Jake Sweeney Kia to evaluate cars for my son Matthew. He had pretty much decided he wanted a Kia Optima or something similar in white. Stephen was our consultant and was very professional in his approach and characterization of the market, etc. My 2 college aged boys and I were mostly impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles and ability to convey the technical and practical aspects and what that would mean as the owner of the vehicle. We were able to bring the car home and get a better feel for driving it at night, get other opinions, having more relaxed time to discuss it, etc.. Overall we wouldn't hesitate to seek out Stephen again in pursuing our next car purchase. We felt he was honest and has the right personality for the way we like to do things. Great Customer Service My husband contacted Stephen Berry, and set up a time when we could come in and talk about trading my 2014 Kia Soul in, on a new model. He greeted us My husband contacted Stephen Berry, and set up a time when we could come in and talk about trading my 2014 Kia Soul in, on a new model. He greeted us out front and showed us several cars. We instantly felt comfortable with this young man. When I picked the color and style... I liked the Kia Soul Plus, he let us test drive, while he did some checking on prices. We came back, and sat down to talk numbers. He worked hard to get the price we needed, and never made us feel like it was a bother to go back and try to negotiate another offer. By the time we finished, it was closing time, but Stephen stayed and helped me pair my IPhone to my new car! During our talk, while our financing was being completed, I found out he is a Veteran and received a Purple Heart, serving my country, so that I could sleep in safety at night. Adulting like a boss!! I purchased a Kia Soul on Saturday. My experience was absolutely amazing! I started off with an online application for a 17 Soul and Steven Berry cont I purchased a Kia Soul on Saturday. My experience was absolutely amazing! I started off with an online application for a 17 Soul and Steven Berry contacted me almost immediately after words. I don't have a lot of time as I have 3 kids, work and a single parent. I told him everything I wanted and needed over email as this was the most convenient form of communication for me. He never once steered me away from anything I was asking for and understood I needed an SUV type vehicle that I would be able to fit a wheelchair in. I had to take my trade in for an appraisal and with limited time he had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Once we had agreed on numbers I went into the dealership and was surprised that not only had he worked super hard and made the process hassle free but was able to get me into a 2018! My very first brand new vehicle!! Steven was the by far the best sales person I could have asked for and made my experience with KIA one that I will continue to go back. Great Experience I was looking for a used car, had a lot of problems with my truck, chatted with Stephen on line about a few cars I saw, Stephen informed me about the I was looking for a used car, had a lot of problems with my truck, chatted with Stephen on line about a few cars I saw, Stephen informed me about the terrific sale you had going on, so I switched from looking at used to new. Set up an appointment with Stephen, and my wife and I drove down to talk with Stephen. He already had the car I talked about cleaned and filled up for a test drive. The car rode better than I expected being a small car, handled great on the road, and a lot faster than a four cylinder I owned in the 70's. We talked finances, and Stephen had me driving home that day in a new car. My experience with Jake Sweeney and Stephen was fantastic, have already told a few of my friends about your dealership!
