He took time to review all of the features available on the car and was familiar with what the BMW vehicle offered (even though it was a Mercedes dealer). The whole process took less than 90 minutes. Purchasing a new car during the pandemic Carlton has been great in helping me get a new car after I had a wreck and totaled my other car during this pandemic.
