My salesman was Stevo....I really respected the fact that if he didnt know the answer....he didnt try to come up with something....he was up front.....he came in on his day off to deal with us....and drove in from training to seal the deal....that's customer service......thanks BIG...and all the staff

My wife and I came in to look at potential vehicles. We had no intention of purchasing a car that day. We were however blown away at the experience we received. Our salesman Steve was awesome. He was very funny, very easy to work with, and seemed like he really listened to what I wanted. I was also blown away that the General Manager (Scott) come out to speak with us and introduce himself. By the time we left, we met just about everyone in that building. Seemed like a great group of guys and gals. We ended up buying a new Jeep and we love it. Couldn’t be happier with our decision.

Stephen, our car salesman, was great. He was friendly, hardworking, and professional. He gave us a tour of the building, he showed us the vehicles we were interested in, and he helped us to get the final deal we were looking for. We would buy from him again and we would recommend this dealer to others.
Our only negative experience was in the finance department. Danny continued to try to sell extended warranties and coverages on our new car despite telling him it was a "Hard No" over and over again. It was very annoying. I just wanted to buy my car and leave but instead I had to deal with his continued pestering and arguing about a warranty I clearly stated I didn't want. I understand he was trying to make money as well but he needs to learn that "No, means no!"

Stephen Nietzel met my wife and I almost immediately upon our arrival at the dealership. He then followed us to answer questions and address our questions and concerns from one side of the lot to the other and back. After choosing a vehicle he was attentive and met our needs wholly. Stephen learned my wants and needs for a new vehicle and showed me a few that he thought fit what I was looking for. It was nice to have the options narrowed down instead of being showing 10-15 different vehicles and not being able to remember which one is which and just spinning in circles. He was knowledgeable and informative about each vehicle, and any question I had that he couldn't answer, he made sure to find out the answer for me. He made my car buying experience smooth and pleasant. I am in love with my new Jeep and look forward to working with Stephen more in the future!
We came to dealer for a recall on our Jeep and met Stephen and because of his great disposition we ended up trading in for a new Jeep!
