John was knowledgeable very nice not pushy, didn't get frustrated with me cause I'm a real witch sometimes but he stuck to his guns and help put me in a to vehicle with no problems. I do appreciate John and all the people who helped with me purchasing a new Kia. Thank you John and Kia Country you are the BOOM. More

2nd vehicle leased from Elijah Tucker and we couldn’t be happier. Stopped in just to test drive the new Telluride and run some numbers so we knew what we were going to do when our current lease was up in 5 happier. I wanted an EV6 from the moment I first saw the commercial several months ago. It took me a few months to finally come to the decision to buy one and when I did, it was hard to find one in stock. After working with several other dealers, I finally came across Tony Washington (and Morgan) at Kia Country in Charleston SC. Tony and team were extremely helpful and responsive as we worked to come to an agreement remotely, as I live in the Knoxville, TN area. The deal process was very easy, and they made having a trade simple and straight forward. Once the agreement was in place, my 13-year-old and I drove to Charleston and arrived early the next morning. Tony was there waiting for us and was very gracious and put any concerns at working with a new dealer immediately at ease. He showed us our new EV6, made sure we were comfortable, and quickly started the paperwork process. Everything went smooth. There was one item that needed addressing, but Tony and Adam Richey even made that a great experience. After a few minutes in the business office with Zola signing the paperwork, the EV6 was finally mine. Tony took the time to review the main features of the vehicle and answer all our questions. He also went for a ride with us to make sure we felt comfortable with it before leaving. Every person we interacted with during our car-buying process was kind and helpful. I have purchased ~36 personal vehicles over the years and this was by far the easiest and best experience of them all. It was definitely worth the 6.5-hour drive. A very special ‘Thank you!’ to Tony Washington for all his help and kindness – and also to Adam, Morgan, and Zola. My wife loves the new car so much she is considering one for herself. If we decide to buy another, the team at Kia Country in Charleston will be our dealer of choice. More

Words can not express my gratitude for Steve Applebaum (GM) and the staff at KIA Country of Charleston. Too make a long story , Medium length My Mom Lives in North Charleston, SC and I reside in Georgia (GM) and the staff at KIA Country of Charleston. Too make a long story , Medium length My Mom Lives in North Charleston, SC and I reside in Georgia. My Mom was recently involved in a head on collision and her vehicle was a total loss. I started searching for a replacement vehicle for her. I found a few vehicles that she was interested in on Kia Country of Charleston's website and contacted them to discuss her situation. My Mom needed a car immediately and could not wait two weeks for me to get there. I initially spoke with Steve and he set me up with the sales associate Jordan Reaves. After finalizing price and additional add on (i.e. Maintenance agreement , additional floor mats etc.) we were ready to buy a beautiful, Certified Kia Sportage. Even though we found the vehicle, Our conundrum was not over just yet, my mom had no way to get there, to test drive, sign paper work or anything. I suggested she take a lyft or uber, you would have thought I was speaking a different language, lol. My mom is not tech savvy at all. Considering the situation, Joran (The sales associate) was so kind and volunteered to pick my mother up , let her test drive the vehicle, swing by her bank pick up a certified check and bring her back to the dealership to sign her paperwork. When she arrived at Kia Country she was very comfortable, She said Steve , Jordan and all the staff was Great to work with and very knowledgeable. She couldn't be happier with her purchase. I have done business with them in the past and I knew they would take good care of her, However it is still nerve wreaking trying to help your mom when you live in a different state and to trust that people will not try to take advantage of her. I am so thankful for all that you guys did for my family, You guys will forever be our go to dealership because you can truly see that Kia country of Charleston goes above and beyond for their customers and are the epitome of excellent service.
