When I added up my excellent sales experience with Lori Mohr and Rachel Collins, and my excellent service experience with Steve Byrd, the decision to get another Mercedes was easy. Lori took the time to demonstrate all the vehicles with no pressure, and I found the perfect vehicle (E 350 4 Matic). It was not all about a car.
