My last service loaner experience I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying I am very unhappy with my last service loaner experience, I was charged huge money including their profit to replace a flat tire. So instead of paying a loaner I could have rented a car lot cheaper and service manager did not even spoke to me directly in resolving this issue. More

Professional Service Advisor- Steve Byrd Service- General Service visit, repair of rear bumper sensor, Key fob battery replacement, rear brake replacement Experience- St Advisor- Steve Byrd Service- General Service visit, repair of rear bumper sensor, Key fob battery replacement, rear brake replacement Experience- Steve Byrd was very professional. Each problem was addressed promptly. I was offered a loaner car but chose to wait in the shop. There are some nice quiet areas to read and a coffee/tea machine and water is readily available at no charge. No breakfast bars, etc, were available due to thefts in the past from other customers. I was kept informed as the service visit progressed and notified that the rear brakes needed replacements, which I authorized. At the conclusion of the visit, all expenses were listed, labor costs were listed, and I received the car in clean condition. Cost of the service was within usual expectations. No other costs were added. Overall, excellent service experience. More
