Your dealership is only as good as your employees. They made mistakes in the processing of my paperwork which would have cost me thousands if I did not catch it. The three people who were involved i They made mistakes in the processing of my paperwork which would have cost me thousands if I did not catch it. The three people who were involved in the transaction did not pay enough attention. It started with manager giving a wrong VIN number to sales and financial. The VIN number was fixed but the financial figures were not changed to reflect the change. I’m sure this is a one off situation but it was my situation and I did not appreciate the mistakes. I hope they all learned to pay more attention. Riitta Chabra More
